Position: Oracle SCM Consultant Trainee
Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering (BE)/MBA Operations/SCM/Diploma in Logistics /SCM
Male candidates Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Exacore ERP Training and evaluation of the candidates. Support day-to-day SCM activities under the guidance of senior team members. Gain Oracle Product knowledge in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion products.
- Assist in implementation process along with the senior consulting team.
- Collaborate with Oracle ERP cross-functional teams to streamline customer operations and optimize efficiency of the ERP application.
- Participate in Oracle ERP inventory management implementation activities, including planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
- Excel in ERP related supplier management tasks, such as supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Support the technical development for the ERP implementation and maintenance of SCM-related documentation and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (BE) or equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Certification or coursework in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
