Manager - Institutional Relationship Management - Financial Services (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced manager - Institutional Relationship Management to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and drive exceptional client engagement for Company's financial services.

- This role focuses on project management, client management, and supporting RMs across multiple geographies.

- Strong understanding of capital market products (Equities/FICC) and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Analytical Support:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of client taxonomy and customization requirements.

- Ensure all deliverables meet client-specific needs with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and quality.

- Support international RMs by preparing templates, reviewing documents, and assisting with client queries.

Project Management:

- Act as a point of contact for research, publishing, and RM teams during client delivery cycles.

- Maintain trackers for requests, client updates, and delivery statistics.

- Coordinate validation and delivery schedules while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance/Banking.

- 3-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment banking.

- Strong knowledge of capital markets and asset classes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, calculations, etc.

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in project management and client relationship management.
