About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager/AVP to join our team in Bangalore.
- In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, driving sales of investment products, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations.
- Regularly review and optimize client portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risk.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.
- Actively promote and sell a diverse range of investment products, including insurance, mutual funds, debt instruments, fixed deposits, bonds, and NCDs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Client Service:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on market trends and investment performance.
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless client service.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Financial Knowledge: In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Client Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Qualifications: Graduate degree with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g, CFP, CFA) will be an added advantage
