Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Associate - Institutional Relationship Management to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and drive exceptional client engagement for Company's financial services. This role focuses on project management, client management, and supporting RMs across multiple geographies. Strong understanding of capital market products (Equities/FICC) and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Analytical Support:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of client taxonomy and customization requirements.

- Ensure all deliverables meet client-specific needs with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and quality.

- Support international RMs by preparing templates, reviewing documents, and assisting with client queries.

Project Management:

- Act as a point of contact for research, publishing, and RM teams during client delivery cycles.

- Maintain trackers for requests, client updates, and delivery statistics.

- Coordinate validation and delivery schedules while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Support:

- Manage client contracts (e.g., MSAs, NDAs), draft work orders, and review invoices.

- Collaborate with finance for billing and ensure payment follow-ups.

- Maintain client organization charts, distribution lists, and contact summaries.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance/Banking.

- 3-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment banking.

- Strong knowledge of capital markets and asset classes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, calculations, etc.).
