Job Description:
Looking for an experienced IT Recruiters & IT Bench Sales Associates with following requirements: -
Candidate who willing to work from our Ameerpet, Hyderabad are preferred but we will consider remote work option for qualified candidates where applicable.
Work timings are from 7.30 p.m. till 4.00 a.m. IST.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for IT Recruiters:
Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies.
Assess assigned positions to develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles
Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
Align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs
Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
Pre-screen job candidates and co-ordinate with Account managers.
Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Inform candidates fully about the job and company
Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
Verify references, conduct background checks, facilitate pre-employment testing
Manage all communication with candidates; provide regular updates and feedback to managers
Extend offers of employment within company procedures
Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for IT Sales Associates:
Should have experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market multiple candidates at a time.
Individual with a passion for Bench sales and looking to pursue their career in marketing consultants.
Working experience with direct vendors.
Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.
Working directly with end clients requirements like Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners.
Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
Experience in working with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Career Builders etc.
Should co-ordinate with interview process and all the concerned till the position is closed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in US IT Market in Recruiting or IT marketing you are applying for.
Knowledge of staffing systems and tools
Experience in candidate sourcing solutions
Knowledge of applicable computer applications
Knowledge of relevant US Work authorizations & employment legislation
Clear understanding of tax terms like Corp to Corp, W-2, 1099 etc.

Planning and organizing, communication.
Problem analysis and problem solving, judgment, decision-making.
Adaptability, Flexibility, teamwork, negotiation skills, confidentiality.
Must be able to reach the monthly and quarterly targets.
Need to have Excellent Communication Skills.
