Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage events such as product launches, conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and networking receptions.
  
• Develop event concepts and themes based on client requirements and objectives.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event component (venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment).
  
• Manage event logistics including venue coordination, vendor management, timelines scheduling.
  
• Ensure seamless execution of events by overseeing setup/breakdown operations.
