Technical Expert - Automobile

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and expertise in 2-Wheeler/ 4-Wheeler Segment, and will be responsible for providing technical Training to Pan India vendors, guidance, solving complex problems, and driving innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: *

* Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to the team.

* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

* Develop and implement technical solutions/Process Flow to improve efficiency and performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

* Mentor and train junior team members.

* Mentor and train Vendors.

Qualifications: *

* Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.

* Proven experience as a Technical Expert or Service Advisor in 2W/4W Segment.

* In-depth knowledge of ICE/EV technologies, Diagnostic tools, or methodologies.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Preferred Qualifications: *

* Certifications if any.

* Experience with 3 4 years in Automobile Industry worked as Technical Expert/Service Advisor/Technical Trainer/Warranty Manager/Insurance claim Manager.
