Location: Mumbai / Thane / Delhi / Gurgaon


Experience: 10-15 years in Sales (preferably in co-operative bank sector) in India region West and or North & East India


Qualification: Bachelors Degree from a reputed university


Role & responsibilities


As Manager - Sales, the person will be responsible for the sales of Euronet products & service in cooperative bank space, implementing action plans, and accomplishing the goals and achieving Order / Revenue targets. This role involves 50% -75% travel and will report to the Associate Director - Sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive sales and achieve and track planned annual revenue and new business sales targets
  • Identify new business needs and opportunities with the customer set and successfully pitch products and services
  • Identify key revenue drivers and maximize customer revenue
  • Provide consultative payment solutions to Banks/Financial Institutions
  • New initiatives planning, competitor analysis and planning innovations as per market trends and regulatory requirements
  • Build new strategies & enhance the existing products by applying domain knowledge, product management skills and industry best practices
  • Rolling out issuing/acquiring products in line with business objectives
  • Closely working with cross functional teams i.e., Technology / Operations / Finance on customer projects
  • Manage bid proposals, project proposals to Banks and other financial and non-financial institutions
  • Provide periodical reports and dashboards on the sales funnel and business updates to senior management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and a finisher with an eye for detail and the ability to drive through solutions. The person would need to have a strong commercial orientation with broad business understanding and skills, equipped with a sharp intellect to focus on key issues with an attention to detail and accuracy of information while possessing following additional competencies:


  • 10-15 years in the Payments industry / IT Industry Issuing [Debit, Prepaid], Acquiring ATM/POS/E-Commerce, ATM/POS Managed Services, Risk & Fraud Management
  • Significant experience in high level consultative selling, hunting & client relationship management
  • Experience in B2B sales and new business development
  • Strong understanding of the payments domain
  • Annually handling USD 1-2 Million business
  • Should be sales professional with relevant experience in customized software solutions/ products. Should have thorough understanding/appreciation of software solutions business
  • Should have market intelligence, knowledge of the competitors and their products and the companys future business plans
  • Demonstrate Self-motivated & self-driven capabilities
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills
