Role & responsibilities

Objective: Sales Data to be updated for enlisting & Farming accounts

'- Add Enlisting and Farming sales data in the file.

-Share with the Sales team on monthly basis

Objective: Field Allowances/Expenses Reimbursements

'-Validating Field employees Monthly allowances and expenses as per the Company Policy and map as per the headings given by the Finance team.

-get the approval from NSM & MD, finally submitted to Finance department.

Objective: TGT vs ACH secondaries to Field

'- Send every month Secondary Target vs Achievement details to field, HQ wise, Brand and group wise sales.

Objective: Attendance Report

'- Download the attendance details from the sales force and prepare Sales team attendance report & submitted to HR Department for payroll process.

Objective: Salesteam Database

'- Manage the database of entire Sales team, active, new, and resigned list. Update as and when there are changes.

Objective: New Joiner Formalities (Field)

-Complete Onboarding formalities:

Email id creation, promotional inputs, Bags, Visiting cards and Demo samples, Expense Format etc….

Objective: Exit Formalities (Field)

'-Coordinate with exit employees and get the required documents for F&F settlement process,

-After received the Distributor NOC and all other required documents validate as per the company policy and submitted to HR department for settlement.
