EternityLifestyles - Marketplace Manager (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing and increasing sales across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, understand competition, and keep the brand ahead of the curve.

- Lead the team responsible for product cataloguing, A+ content creation, and search engine optimization to ensure optimal listings on all platforms.

- Manage relationships with key personnel on designated marketplaces to ensure brand visibility and performance.

- Work closely with the operations team to manage shipments and purchase orders to minimize stock-out times and ensure efficient product availability.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, collaborating with management and senior leadership to forecast future performance and set goals.

Experience - 5 - 7 years

Qualifications:

- Experience in managing e-commerce sales, preferably in the fashion and accessories industry.

- A BTech/BCom/MBA or other relevant bachelor's or master's degree.

- Strong interest in and willingness to work in the fashion and accessories sector.

- Key Account Management experience is highly preferred.

- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate objectives and strategies to various stakeholders.

- Proven ability to nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong multitasking abilities and experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- Experience managing a team of associates and driving performance on e-commerce platforms.
