Solution Architect - OMS - Espire Infolabs (CMMI Lev5)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in the Order Management System domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust OMS solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. As part of our agile development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to order management.

Design end-to-end solutions for order management systems, considering scalability, performance, and integration requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Java-based applications for our Order Management System platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.

Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges.

Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on order management systems.

Proven experience as a Java, with a focus on developing applications in the Order Management System domain.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and SQL query optimization.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, automated testing).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
