Field Support Technician

Job Description: Field Support Technician will assist in mechanical and electrical prototyping, testing, and field validation of new products. The role involves hands-on assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field deployment of prototypes, ensuring smooth testing and operational efficiency .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, wiring, and setup of mechanical and electrical prototypes for R&D.
• Conduct various tests and field installations, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation of equipment.
• Work closely with engineers to document test results and provide feedback for improvements.
• Handle basic mechanical and electrical modifications, such as component replacements and adjustments.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of equipment used in testing.
• Support data collection during field trials to validate prototype performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during operations.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and consumables required for prototype assembly and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues during prototype development and testing.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure prototypes meet required specifications.
