Position - Project Analyst

Client Location - Gurugram, Kolkata

Term 12 months (Renewable)

Role & responsibilities :

• Voice Roles: Primarily focused on handling international customers inquires and issues through voice calls.
• Online Front-Ending.
• Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
• Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience required - 2 to12 months (International voice processes)
• Qualification - Bachelor's degree (any)
• Familiarity with British Telecom programs and services is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Strong Logical reasoning and interpersonal skills
• Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)
