EY GDS Data and Analytics (D And A) GCP Senior.
As part of our EY-GDS D&A (Data and Analytics) team, we help our clients solve complex business challenges with the help of data and technology.
We dive deep into data to extract the greatest value and discover opportunities in key business and functions like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Auto, Supply Chain, and Finance.
The opportunity.
Were looking for candidates with strong technology and data understanding in GCP engineering space, having proven delivery capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing Data and Analytics team.
This role is responsible for building Data Fusion pipelines.
He/she must be experienced in Big query to build DWH on Google Cloud Platform and to orchestrate the pipelines in Composer.
They should have experience in Google Cloud SDK and API scripting.
That would be plus if they have knowledge on the DevOps activities and data Encryption/Decryption on GCP .
Resources Responsibilities: Build Data fusion pipelines for data migration from different databases.
Implement the pipelines in Big Query to create DWH.
Need to write scripts in python.
Orchestrate pipelines using cloud composer.
Good Hands-on Google cloud SDK and API scripting.
Advisory on the technological aspects, pro-actively proposing alternative solutions, supported by a network of peers in the supplierscompany.
A responsible approach to availability in case of critical issues in production (evenings and weekends) Be proficient in English.
Certification in Google professional Cloud data Engineer is desirable.
Be Pro-active team player.
Good to have experience on Devops and Data Encryption/Decryption on GCP.
Requirements (Qualifications).
We are looking for the candidates with the following: BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.
Mandatory skills: Programming Language.
Hands-on GCP experience.
Good Understanding of Application Architecture.
Preferred skills: Experience working on CMMI / Agile / SAFE methodologies.
Experience working with AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP and a proven track record of building complex infrastructure programmatically with IaC tooling or vendor libraries.
Strong scripting / programming skills in Python, Linux Shell.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and using test driven frameworks.
Experience with implementing and testing GCP Services.
Experience with Agile and DevOps concepts.
Strong communication and written skills.
Experience creating technical architecture documentation.
Experience in Linux OS internals, administration, and performance optimization.
Experience with Agile and DevOps concepts Developing monitoring architecture and implementing monitoring agents, dashboards, escalations, and alerts.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plus.
