Employee Relations

• Regular skip meetings with employees to understand their concerns and flag concerns to management.

• Employee grievance handling 1x1 with employees who have grievances, raise it to the Lead ER and get Lead’s guidance in resolving the grievance. Maintain all documentation and trackers related to grievance handling

• Verify when managers or TLs want to put team members in PIP or BIP. Ensure the Policy is followed and all documentation is maintained

• Exit management: Collaborate with reporting manager and HR Operations to ensure a smooth and seamless exit for employees. Ensure policy is followed regarding relieving letters, notice period waiver or recovery.

• Employee Events: Conduct employee events from time to time as planned for in the Employee Engagement Calendar

• Work with TLs and Managers to ensure that 30-60-90-180 Day Program is being followed for all new Joinees. Escalate when not adhered to.

• Collaborate with TLs and Managers to ensure Employee Engagement Framework (meetings) are being conducted as per the framework. Escalate when not adhered to.
