Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end HR operation process viz., recruitment, employee on-boarding, payroll processing, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS system ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare payroll, attendance, and leave management in compliance with organization policies.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, organization policies, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including full and final settlements and exit interviews.
- Maintain HR reports and documentation for audits and management reviews.
