Director/VP Global Operations

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director or VP for Global Operations to lead and drive impactful workforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business plan and promote a positive work environment.

- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the hiring of top talent.

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development.

- Provide expert guidance on U.S. immigration laws and regulations, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories.

- Assist with the preparation and submission of visa petitions and other immigration documentation.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and maintain US HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.

- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals and ensure efficient US HR operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline US HR and immigration processes.

- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, LLB or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in US HR management, with a focus on immigration.

- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulations, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- High level of integrity, dependability, and attention to detail.
