We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT market, excellent sourcing skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing and Screening: o Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. o Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. • Candidate Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns. o Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation. • Client Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with US clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and expectations. o Proactively communicate with clients on candidate status, timelines, and challenges. • Recruitment Process: o Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final placement. o Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and immigration regulations. • Reporting and Analytics: o Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. o Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications: • 0-1 years of experience in US IT recruitment • Strong understanding of US IT market trends and technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Knowledge of US immigration laws and visa processes (H1B, L1, etc.) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
