US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

TMV Global India Private Limited is hiring Technical Recruiters for US Staffing Clients. This is a full-time night shift job from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST, 5 days a week, on-site (Gwalior) as well as remote.

Job Description: Should be able to

• Source potential candidates from various databases, job portals, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills and abilities.
• Verify candidate credentials by obtaining required documents for authentication.
• Negotiate pay rates and terms with U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders.
• Manage all stages of the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Required Skills:

• Should have 1 to 6 years of professional US IT Recruitment experience.
• Should be able to work in Night Shifts (7:30 pm to 4:30 am).
• Should have excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Should be able to converse with Native speakers of English.
• Should have knowledge about various Software Technologies and Tools.
• Should have expertise in using various sourcing methods including traditional job boards, social media, networking, web-mining, and cold-calling.
• Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies within the US
• Good understanding of US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc.
• Should have Experience in hiring various candidate types (W2, C2C, contract positions etc.)
• Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.
• Familiar with all sourcing documentation (NDA/MSA/PO/COI etc).
