Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to improve sourcing strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in bench sales or recruitment (C2C/US staffing).
  
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing landscape and current market trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
