**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition and Bench Sales Director with a strong background in the US IT market. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in talent acquisition and bench sales, particularly within the US IT sector. This role will lead our recruitment and sales efforts, ensuring we attract and place the best IT talent for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the US IT market.
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition and bench sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Drive bench sales efforts by identifying and placing bench candidates with clients, maximizing bench utilization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IT staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze recruitment and sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including the latest technologies and best practices in IT staffing.
- Manage recruitment and sales budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering or Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and bench sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the US IT market and recruitment best practices.
- Proven track record of successful bench sales and client relationship management in the IT industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
