Sr. Manager US IT Staffing

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum of 10+ years' experience as an Account Manager in US IT Staffing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Sound knowledge of the IT industry.
• Working experience with US Clients/Vendors/Implementation Partners.
• Experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified resumes).
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with all types of US Visa and Tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C).
• Strong negotiation skills and Team Management.
• Training sessions and daily coordination with onsite and offshore teams.
• Identify candidates through major job boards and networking sites such as CareerBuilder, Dice, LinkedIn, and Monster.
• Experience in working on C2C, W2, and Full-Time jobs.
• Preferably, experience with state clients and implementation partners.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Successful track record in recruiting candidates on W2.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Implement and monitor recruitment metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts through participation in events, job fairs, and other initiatives.
