Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and efficiency
• Perform administrative tasks and manage reception
• Arrange for things as per office requirements
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, inventory, and other relevant documents
• Managing the Housekeeping, Pantry, Office Boys, Security staff
• Managing the office stock requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in administration work or receptionist activities.
  
• Strong knowledge of admin activities including activation processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
  
• Ability to multitask simultaneously handling multiple responsibilities under pressure.
