Job Title: Lead Development Representative (LDR) Company Overview:

Position Overview:
EOXS is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Development
Representative (LDR) to join our team. The LDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospects, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our ERP solutions, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). This is a work-from-home opportunity with US shift timings (6pm to 3am IST). You will be closely working with the AE and get regular training to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls/emails/LI outreach to prospects within the North American market to introduce EOXS's ERP solutions and identify potential business opportunities.
2. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, challenges, and business needs related to steel distribution.
3. Educate prospects on the benefits and features of EOXS's ERP solutions, effectively articulating how our technology can address their specific requirements.
4. Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize them for further follow-up by AEs.
5. Collaborate closely with AEs to schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring smooth handoff of leads.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead generation activities in the CRM system.
7. Continuously research and identify new prospects and market segments to expand our reach and generate additional business opportunities.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position EOXS's solutions in the marketplace.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects in compelling conversations over the phone.
3. Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads based on their level of interest and fit with EOXS's solutions.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
5. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities in a remote work environment.
6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in using technology tools (e.g.: LinkedIn) for lead tracking and communication.
7. Willingness to work US shift timings (6pm to 3am IST) to align with North American business hours.
