Role: HR Head - Supply Chain
Position Overview:
The HR Head - Supply Chain will lead the end-to-end HR processes for the supply chain function, acting as a strategic business partner for all plant HR operations. This role involves driving initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals while fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce within the supply chain division. The incumbent will focus on ensuring compliance, talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the supply chain division.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Design and implement robust succession planning and career development frameworks.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across plant locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Address employee grievances and foster harmonious relationships at all levels.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive accountability and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance on career progression and employee recognition programs.
Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies across all plant locations.
- Manage HR budgets, payroll, and administrative operations efficiently.
Learning & Development:
- Develop and execute training programs to upskill employees in alignment with supply chain requirements.
- Drive leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement scores, and workforce productivity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- 15-24 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supply chain/plant HR roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation: Competitive, aligned with industry standards and based on current CTC.
