CRM Manager - FMCG/Healthcare (4-10 yrs)

- Drive CRM initiatives like build retention strategy and campaigns across mediums like PN, SMS, Email and WhatsApp.

- Build customer segmentation and run personalized and relevant communication for every cohort of users.

- Develop and Maintain Customer Segmentation and Product Workflows for maximum customer engagement / retention.

- Build long term product initiatives like loyalty program that can enable repeat transactions from existing users.

- Work with cross functional team to lead strategic projects.

- Encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer-orientation amongst the team.
