Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee Interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising labor, and coordinating with contractors and Office Team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules as instructed.

2. Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate labor, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient use of resources.

3. Quality Control: Monitor and control quality of work, identifying and addressing defects or deficiencies.

4. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

5. Communication: Coordinate with project team to ensure project requirements are met.

6. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, including conflicts, delays, or budget concerns.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Education: Ability to read the working drawing set for execution.

2. Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Interior site supervision.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Physical Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5. Travelling: Flexible to travel/temporary relocate as per the site location.
