Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor with expertise in fire door installation and client coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring proper installation of fire doors as per industry standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fire door installation on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety codes, building regulations, and project guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues related to installation and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, material checklists, and work progress records.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks with the installation team.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and any concerns to clients and senior management.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of fire-rated doors, frames, and hardware.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material delivery and site requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduation/Diploma/bachelors degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in fire door installation or interior fit outs.
• Knowledge of fire door installation guidelines, safety standards, and material specifications.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and fire safety codes.
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in fire door installation or fire safety training.
• Experience working with fire-resistant materials and hardware.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, or project management software.
