Senior Sales Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Coordinator in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and supporting sales operations on a day-to-day basis. The Senior Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with customers/clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing support for sales teams through data entry in CRM and generating reports on sales activities.

Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales coordination or sales support is preferred
Knowledge of specialty chemicals is a plus
