Job Description

 You will set up meetings with existing and potential clients to fully understand their requirements and follow up for sales.
You will ensure sales goals are met and deal closure ratio is maximized and report sales data, including activity and opportunity statistics, quotes, pipeline forecast.
Travel to different regions to Attend Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences to Network and Identify new Prospects.
Implement sales strategies, policies and processes in order to achieve or exceed sales in the respective target Accounts and target markets.
Ensure orders received are based on acceptable commercial terms, secure payment terms, proper financial instruments etc. to safeguard the Company s financial interests.
Follow through with customers for timely payments and debt recovery in line with the agreed contracts.
Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information through customer meetings.
Enhance technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; preprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in trade shows.
To Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in trade shows and conferences.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors product, prices, and sales.
Qualifications:
Should have the mindset of success, accountability and drive to be excellent at their craft
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Chemical Engineering or Organic Chemistry
The candidate should be a strong communicator with good negotiation skills.
Should have a high level of motivation and goal oriented.

You will be responsible for Sales of Speciality Chemicals for a wide range of Industrial Applications. You will handle Sales of existing customers as well as target suitable prospective clients and visit them to achieve your targets. You will have set sales targets which you will be expected to achieve each month.
