This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive - Polymer PVC Additives located in Vadodara. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the companys Polymer and PVC additives, managing day-to-day sales activities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and generating new business leads with the goal of achieving sales targets.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling chemicals to polymer and/or PVC industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build relationships with a variety of clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and prioritize client needs effectively Self-starter with a results-driven approach and a strong customer service orientation Fluent in English, with proficiency in local languages considered a plus
