Manager/Sr.Manager Business Development (Pan India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Market Research & Analysis: Identify emerging trends, market potential, and competitor activities to strengthen the companys market position.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, corporate houses, and financial institutions.
• Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify prospective clients, initiate discussions, prepare proposals, and successfully close deals for solar projects.
• Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, and project proposals.
• Liaison with Internal Teams: Work closely with the engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Stay updated with solar energy policies, government schemes, and industry regulations to align business strategies accordingly.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, technology providers, and financiers to enhance project execution capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or a elated field.
• Experience: 715 years of experience in business development within the renewable energy/solar sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the solar industry, including utility-scale projects, ground-mount solar projects, and government policies.
