BD & Proposal Manager - Battery Energy Storage System

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Business Development and Proposal team for BESS and Microgrid projects.
• Bid Management: Oversee bid preparation, tendering, cost estimation, and contract management.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze market competition, develop bid pricing strategies, and identify opportunities to maximize business reach and potential.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Customer Solutions: Identify customer requirements and provide tailored product, project EPC, or customized-based solutions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage coordination and follow-up processes across all stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for handling critical bids.
• Client Negotiation: Engage in client negotiations to refine terms and conditions for each bid.
• Vendor Management: Establish pre-bid agreements with vendors/suppliers, including NDAs and MOUs, and develop vendor relationships.
