Job Description
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly.
- Handle general inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Maintain a visitor log.
- Issue visitor badges or passes and inform the appropriate staff of their arrival.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Address client or visitor concerns or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring store levels are maintained.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with document preparation, such as letters, memos, and reports.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or workshops.
- Arrange catering, venues, and necessary materials.
