Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through government sales, PSU sales, railway projects, and special purpose machines.
  
• Manage existing customer relationships to increase repeat orders and referrals.
  
• Identify potential clients and negotiate deals for machinery sales.
  
• Prepare tenders and bids for various projects.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product delivery and after-sales service.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and procedures.
  
• Proven track record in tendering, bidding, and winning contracts from government agencies or PSUs.
