Front Desk Executive cum Receptionist(Delhi)

Immediate joiner will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Manage EPBX and make outgoing group calls
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence
• Keep record of all inward and outward dak properly
• Manager all courier/Air Cargo
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Handle Pantry independently
• Booking of flights, Hotels & Car rental PAN INDIA.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as front desk representative.
• Familiarity with office machines
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Office : 6 days working

timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
