Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Ability to join eNoah with a good number of ERP leads to start the activity from day one
• Should be able to close the deal independently
• Proven Track Record in ERP sales
• Sales pipeline development and management
• Client relationship-building and associated call planning
• Appropriate interaction with the various teams is needed to successfully pursue/engage in the opportunities so the client understands the CLIENT's value proposition in this business area.
• Regional Sales Manager leads the creation, identification, and development of large innovative business opportunities.
• Responsible for dynamic market screening, thought leadership, demand creation, opportunity identification, development, and selection of opportunities that support the business development campaign strategy.
• Support in inside sales - Should generate leads on his own and do cold calling if required
• Good Communication Skills
• Initial product presentation and high-level product demo to the customers
• Handling queries, commercials & negotiations
• Daily follow-up and meeting prospects for requirement discussions, demos, negotiations, and closures
• Updating leads & reporting through CRM on time
• Participating in events, seminars, signing resellers and channel partners for lead generation
• Follow up on payments with customers

Desired Skills

1. Experience in handling ERP sales, especially on large deal closures (only standard ERP sales candidates)

2. Combined evaluation of Hardware and Software requirements

3. Solution approach to customer requirements

4. Good Communication in English & Hindi

5. SAP sales experience is an added advantage.
