Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Leads database creation for calling and email & WhatsApp campaign
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements at a high level and should qualify the lead.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned region
• Team with channel partners to create a channel partner network for lead referrals
• Achieving targets every month

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication in English & Tamil.
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience doing cold calling for ERP sales. 
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with CRM to update leads regularly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
