Job Description
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating a consistent flow of leads by coordinating marketing campaigns and telecalling activities. Your focus will be on ensuring the business receives a steady pipeline of qualified leads through targeted efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telecalling campaigns to qualify leads from the target audience.
- Align and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies for capturing high-quality leads.
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Research potential leads and identify opportunities within the target market.
- Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation efforts.
- Ensure leads are properly transferred to the sales team with all necessary information.
- Utilize CRM to track lead progress and maintain follow-up communication.
- Continuously improve the lead generation process based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
- Strong telecalling and communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
- Good research and data management skills.
2. Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Any relevant certifications in telemarketing or digital marketing are a plus.
