IPQC - Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Setup verification at the start of the shift
• Torque Verification twice in a shift
• Daily process verification Check sheet
• Line rejections Handling/PDO Clearances
• FPY Monitoring.
• ERP Clearance and ATOM Zone clearances
• Attending CFT meetings

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have worked minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in assembly Quality function (Manufacturing Operations)
• Must be able to work in a team environment and be strong in communication and related Quality issues.
• Able to get the job done from CFT.
• Ready to work in shifts, must have handled/worked in the production development phase.
• Knowledge in problem solving methodology like 8D,PDCA.etc.
• Should have handled a team of inspectors and good people management skills
