Senior Engineer - Solar modules manufacturing IPQC

Designation:- AM/DM/Sr. Engineer (Solar modules manufacturing IPQC)

The AM/DM overseeing the quality management process within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standard, and working towards continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Process quality assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality process. Ensure process meets established quality standards

2) Quality Audits: Conduct quality audit regularly as per QAP to check the compliance with internal and external quality standards. Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions

3) Root cause analysis: Investigate process deviations, analyze root causes, and implement changes for improved quality

4) Continuous Improvements: Identify areas for process improvement, propose corrective actions and implement changes for improved quality and efficiency

5) Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to drive improvements and make decisions

6) Documentation and compliance: Ensure all quality processes are well-documented, and records are maintained for audits and certifications

7) Training and Developments: Train team members on quality standards and procedures.

8) Cross-Functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as production, Reliability

Supply chain, to improve quality related aspects in process.

Required Qualifications and skills:

Education: BE degree in engineering, or Diploma in engineering, Six sigma, Lean QMS standards are preferred

Experience: 5+ years for Degree holders and 8+ years for Diploma holders in quality control or process improvement roles especially in solar panels manufacturing industries .

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge on QMS and tools
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, six sigma, etc
• Good communication and leadership skills
