Role & responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations.
• Windows Platform and Microsoft Core Components Support: Windows Server- ADDS, Group Policy, Hyper V, DNS, DHCP, Virtualization
• Experience configuring/managing Firewalls (FortiGate)
• Understanding of Storage and back up concepts.
• Understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes (Incident, change, configuration, and problem management).
• Service Health monitoring using MS O365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications.
• PC deployment, desktop setup
• Basic A/V support for conference rooms/meeting setups
• Good knowledge of ISPs and Business Broadband lines configuration.
• Assets Management and tracking.
• Added advantage having Basic knowledge on Linux and Mac Administration
• Handling VPN Issues.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge within Office 365 / windows server AD / Teams / SharePoint
• Mailbox restoration and review of litigation, security alerts
• Able to function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OneDrive & Teams support and operations.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and working experience of Office 365 roles and Permissions.
• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, SMTP Mail Flow, Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and Power Shell Cmdlet Scripting
• Must have knowledge of email Archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, and Retention Policies and Tags
• Must have knowledge of O365 Admin center and know how to utilize it to conduct necessary actions to support, administer, and troubleshoot O365 issues.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Directory Synchronization, WAP, Rights Management Services (RMS), Power BI, Power Query, and TCP/IP and LAN / WAN networking
• Ensure Backup & Recovery procedures & policies are in place and implemented O365 infrastructure.
• Good Understanding of Disaster Recovery planning, Resilience, High availability features of Office365
• Knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the users and administrators.
• Drive efficiency and reduce the Operating cost of the infrastructure.
