Job Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 5 years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role will involve working closely with the finance team to evaluate financial performance, manage budgets, and conduct detailed financial analysis to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance, possess analytical skills, and be able to interpret financial data to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

GST & TDS Return Filing:

• Ensure accurate filing of GST and TDS returns for both companies (Engminds and Voyzz).
• Prepare GSTR-1 data and reconcile with GST2B.

ER Return Filing:

• Ensure timely filing of Employee Returns (ER) and related documentation.

Compliance Return Filing:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations regarding payments such as wages, minimum wages, bonuses, maternity benefits, etc.
• Process and review statutory deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Tally Entry:

• Process salary entries in Tally for both companies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally.
• Enter bank statements for both companies and reconcile records.

Knowledge of Form 3CEB:

• Assist in preparing Form 3CEB for transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure timely compliance with financial regulations, including TDS, GST, and PF submissions and filings.
• Stay updated on changes in applicable financial regulations, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely.

Collaboration with CA:

• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for ER return filings and preparation of data for various yearly and quarterly returns.
• Provide necessary documentation and reports for audits and compliance reviews.

Contract and Agreement Management:

• Review and analyze the financial aspects of contracts and agreements.
• Assist in negotiations and manage financial terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to agreements, ensuring obligations are reflected in business decisions.

Tally and Data Management:

• Process and reconcile financial records in Tally for both Engminds and Voyzz.
• Reconcile and maintain financial records for audits and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of all tax returns.

Payroll and Tax Compliance:

• Calculate and process TDS payments for both companies.
• Manage PF payments and download ECR challans for compliance.
• Prepare and issue TDS certificates to stakeholders.

Reimbursements and Invoicing:

• Review, process, and approve reimbursement requests.
• Prepare monthly salary and expense sheets for both companies.
• Raise invoices for clients (e.g., NTT and EngineersMind) and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with NTT vendor requirements and update relevant compliance sheets.

Financial Reporting and Reconciliation:

• Upload and organize monthly invoices in OneDrive for record-keeping.
• Maintain offline files for all financial documentation.
• Calculate TDS amounts for upcoming payments and update internal TDS sheets.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, and PF regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally for accounting and financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial contracts and risk assessment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in financial compliance and reporting is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com) from a recognized institution.
• MBA in Finance or an equivalent advanced finance qualification is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
