Assistant / Deputy Manager Production Assembly

Experience: IATF 16949: 2016, Independently working as a MR for system implementation. Document preparation, Conduct Internal audit, Process, Product audit, SPC at different stages. Vendor end improvements, Special process sustenance verification. New component process audits.

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1) IATF, ISO TS, Process & product knowledge of brake parts & its function. Working knowledge of auto component sectors.

2) Handling Customer Complaint & Closing the Complaint by submitting 8D report to Customer.

3) Daily PPM Monitoring & defect analysis

4) Good communication & presentation skill,

5) Best understanding of PPAP / APQP. SPC, 7QC Tools.

6) Verification of in- process inspection report & Setup Approval Report.

7) Ability to generate & execute Kaizens, OPL, VA/VE Ideas, process optimization.

8) Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 systems.

9) MS Office, 3D model

10) Establishing visual standard or Eye sequence for new products

11) Plan and ensure the proper execution of various activities related with NPD, Production & QA.

12) Regular interaction with Top Management for organization progress review.

13) Daily SPR Monitoring & defect analysis.

14) Good Hands on handling assembly line.

15) Verification of in- process inspection report & Setup Approval Report.

16) Regular meetings with Proprietor around fiscal planning.

17) Maintaining timely calibration of all equipments & fixture as per plan.

18) Dock Audit for regular dispatches.

19) Good Hands on Making Feasibility/Contract Review Report of New Development Part.

4) Root cause analysis, Action implantation & sustenance at supplier end.
