NPD manager/ Deputy Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage new product development projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and validate new products using CATIA, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
  
• Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions through Kaizen events.
  
• Ensure compliance with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools), calibration & validation procedures.
  
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
