d.light Energy is looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in solar projects and SPGS products such as inverters, solar panels, batteries, etc.

Job location - Ghaziabad, UP

Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and processes.
• Perform inspections and testing on products, systems, or processes to ensure they meet the quality standards.
• Handling experience of small rating Solar Project.
• Handling customer complaints about solar systems. Good in tracking the solar site issue and its resolution. Testing skills of inverter and batteries.
• Coordination with suppliers for warranty loss recovery and PCB repairing experience is more beneficial.
• Idea or some experience for APQP & PPAP requirements of suppliers & coordination with internal stakeholders
• Practical Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, etc.
• Document inspection results and quality reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and product quality.
• PDI and WIP control at the supplier end.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions when defects are found.
• Investigate product or process failures and determine the root cause.
• Collect and analyze quality data to track performance and identify trends.
• Design and implement systems for capturing data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity during the collection process.
• Organize and preprocess collected data, ensuring it's in a format suitable for analysis.
• Clean and validate raw data, removing inconsistencies and outliers.
• Work with other teams to define data collection requirements and optimize processes.
• Create and generate reports on data collection processes and findings for stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights or anomalies.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of data collection methods and make improvements as needed.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with data integrity.
• Strong documentation skills for reporting on data collection activities.

Successful Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering or any related Major. Solid knowledge of solar projects, battery/solar panel performance.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in on-ground Repair & Maintenance
• Excellent skill and knowledge in using and maintaining Analysis equipment and test equipment
• Exceptional problem detection and solving skills
