Assistant Manager - Production

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, organize and overseeing day-to-day Production activities to ensure Production excellence and excellent customer services.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Responsible for Zero customer complaints and customer satisfaction through 100% Product quality adherence.
• Coordinates with other support departments to ensure successful production operations.
• Plan monthly manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
• Making strategic planning for manpower reduction.
• Maintain employee cost as per target.
• Ensure '0' Non Moving cable production.
• Responsible for Cost saving projects.
• Handling Internal Audit, Customer Audits, IATF & EMS Audits.
• Responsible to reduce over time. Tooling cost reduction.
• Responsible to increase productivity and decrease scrap.
• Responsible for Safety and Zero accident throughout the plant.
• Responsible for Power Consumption reduction.
• 100% NC Closures /Action Plan monitoring/ Customer Visit /Audit handling.
• Implementation of TPM activities in Plant. Monitoring 5'S' activity.
• Participate in Kaizen / Suggestion, Rewards & recognition activities in plant.
