Experience - 7+ yrs

Notice Period - Immediate to 20 days

- Assess /Design/Implement/Deploy/Management of Microsoft VDI related technologies.

- Assess /Design/Implement/Deploy/ Management of Citrix VDI related technologies.

- Assess /Design/Implement/Deploy/ Management of VMware VDI related technologies.

- To manage and support AVD Session Pools having the Session Hosts deployed where Session Desktops (Virtual Desktops) and Remote are hosted.

- Manage the AVD Master Images located in the Azure Compute Gallery as part of regular Image updates, Application management and Optimization.

- Configure and manage Session Pools based on the Sizing-requirement.

- Should have firsthand experience on Scaling of Azure resources.

- Should have knowledge on managing Network and Storage resources where AVD Environment is configured to.

- Good knowledge of managing Subscriptions and Respective Resource Groups.

- Firsthand experience on FSLogix management and policies.

- Collaborate with Cross functional teams like Endpoint Operations teams for Applications deployments and updates, Security tools management like Antivirus and Auditing tools. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients using Azure Virtual Desktop.

- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to virtual desktop connectivity, performance, and application functionality.

- Create and update knowledge base articles and user guides to facilitate self-service for clients and to ensure shift left to Service desk (especially those related to user reported issues and are recurring).

- PowerShell development ability to develop applications/workflow integration for SharePoint.

- Conduct training sessions to the internal AVD team as part of cross skill program.

- Leads multiple project teams of other engineers, responsible for all stages of design and deployment for complex enterprise network environment and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.

- Provides domain-specific expertise on azure solutions for delivery and pursuit phase.

- Drives innovation and integration of modern technologies or methodologies into projects.

- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
