Task Description:

At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR and Compensation modules with 2-3 hands on implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, focusing on E2E data migration activities on loading employees data from legacy system to Oracle Cloud HCM.
1. Primary task - Candidate will be working on data migration workstream to migrate employees' master data to Oracle Cloud HCM using Spreadsheet loader and HDL.

Data migration workstream includes assist country in data preparation, perform data validation and load, prepare reconciliation reports, and support the project team in critical milestone UT/SIT, UAT and hyper care.

Candidate must be able to work independently in this area including troubleshooting all the potential errors coming from data load in a tight timeframe. - Working hours EU time zone. Project is for PeP, Germany.
