Location - Hyderabad and Bangalore ( Hybrid - 3 Days from Office )

Shift Time - 3 pm to 12 am IST

An Oracle Payroll Functional Expert in the US is responsible for supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, and ensuring the system's performance and stability. They also work with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement the payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Support: Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training
• Requirements: Gather requirements, analyze gaps, and perform fit-gap analysis
• Design: Design processes, prepare solution blueprints, and configure payroll rules
• Implementation: Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules
• Testing: Conduct product familiarity sessions, facilitate workshops, and testing
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures
• Data migration: Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities
• Communication: Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolution of support issues

Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of configurations and setups in Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Understanding of integration touch points between different modules
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively
• Ability to raise issues and work resolutions
